America’s Cup Support Green Taverners

Yesterday the America’s Cup committee invited the Green Taverners to an event at PAFC Ground and take along a bucket for a collection for the staff of PAFC, which we are delighted to say we raised over £650 in less than half an hour. Special thanks must go to the following contributors:-
America’s Cup event authority – £250
America’s Cup TV group – £155
Ross referee – £20
Additional money was raised from people just putting their hands in their pockets and putting money into the bucket.
While we were talking to the committee of the America’s Cup it was agreed that Green Taverners could do bucket collections this weekend at the America’s Cup event on the Hoe, so please keep an eye out for our collectors and put whatever you can to help support the staff of PAFC.
