Information for Season Ticket Holders Re CVA
Category: News
ARGYLE season-ticket holders will be able to pick up voting forms for this week’s crucial creditors’ meeting at Monday’s match against Southampton.
A meeting is being held at Home Park this Friday, May 6, for creditors to vote on proposals made by the club’s administrators for a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
Creditors include 5,500 Pilgrims’ season-ticket holders, who obviously cannot all be accommodated at the meeting, although all have been contacted by the administrators.
However, season-ticket holders and other creditors can make their thoughts known by returning a proxy vote, or be represented at the meeting, as a group, by someone holding their individual signed proxies.
Sylvia Warren, of the Senior Greens, is prepared to represent season-ticket holders at the meeting.
The forms can be returned directly to Sylvia. Or you can hand them in to the club reception at Home Park, where they will be held for her.
The Chairman of the meeting can also act as proxy at the meeting if season-ticket holders would prefer to use his name, rather than Sylvia’s.
They need to be completed and received by administrators by noon on Thursday, May 5, so they should be sent to Sylvia, or taken to the club, by close of business of Wednesday, May 4.
Alternatively, you can download a form from www.pafc.pandareports.com, where you can find all the details about the CVA, the meeting, and voting.
