Updated Restrictions
Our priority remains to be the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers, and we would like to thank all of our employees and guests who have helped us to operate in a safe way since we have been able to reopen our venue.
Following the latest government restrictions, there have been further legal requirements which our guests must adhere to moving forward until further notice. These are summarised below…
- We are required to close by 10.00pm each evening until further notice. Last orders will be called at 9.30pm, and guests will need to be out of the facility by 10.00pm.
- Guests are permitted to wear a mask/face covering when entering the facility until they are seated by a member of our team (unless medically exempt). Guests will be able to remove this when seated but will need to put this back on if they are going to the toilet or to the smoking area.
- Table service only for food and drinks. Please do not try to order drinks from the bar as this is prohibited.
- Please scan the QR code for Test and Trace purposes. All of our guests are required to pre-book, so we have all of the relevant contact details for Test and Trace is guests are unable to use the app. We keep the information for 21 days and will provide it to NHS Test and Trace if requested.
- Maximum of 6 guests to a table, with the tables set out to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- There are multiple hand sanitising stations around the venue which we are encouraging guests to use frequently.
Thank you in advance for following the new procedures. To keep you safe, our team are following strict protocol which includes the following…
- Wearing face masks and coverings.
- Having temperature checks before each shift and are required to sign paperwork to state they are not experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms and are fit to work.
- Washing/sanitising hands frequently throughout their shifts.
- Collecting customer details for Test and Trace purposes and storing this information securely for 21 days.
- Required to sanitise the high contact surfaces and toilets at 30-minute intervals during their shift, including door touch pads, hand rails, flushes and toilet door handles.
- Working from home where possible, and only opening the facility for pre-arranged meetings and appointments to minimise footfall and interaction.
- Thoroughly cleaning the venue multiple times per week, even if the room has not been used.
- Sterifog UK have sprayed our whole room including chairs, walls, tables, ceilings and carpets with a 30-day protective haze. This is a service we will be continuing to top up every 4 weeks.
We are very much looking forward to getting up and running as before, but in the meantime, we thank you for your continued support and helping to create a fun and safe environment for our staff and customers.
