Earlier this month, on Friday 13th May, Green Taverners hosted a one of a kind Legends evening.
From 16:00, children aged between 6 and 16 had the opportunity to play on the hallowed Home Park turf in a penalty shoot out.

The evening kicked off with Café Sol taking on RHP Pipeline Services Ltd UCP Marjon. Later followed by Pasoti taking on the mighty Green Taveners, with Green Taverners clinching a 4-1 win.

Then at 18:45 the focal point of the evening saw the Argyle Legends, including Tommy Tynan, Kevin Hodges, Mark Rowe, Jason Rowbotham, David Byrne, Jon Sheffield, take on a combined services team. With the Argyle Legends losing 3-0.

Many thanks to the 31st Plymouth Scout group who provided ball people for the evening.

After the evenings football, attention was turned to The Pyramid Suite where supporters were offered a free burger and a pint, courtesy of St Austell Brewery. Live entertainment from Dave Banana continued long into the night.

The evening raised a staggering £4,000 for the staff fund.
